I will be the first to admit that I have cravings. Yup. I am a health and fitness coach and I still get the cravings for chocolate (mostly), tortilla chips, tacos, and Papa John's pizza. Listen, I indulge in all of those from time to time, but NOT the way I USED to. I have learned a little more about self-control and I'm STILL learning how to give GOD control!!

I was looking for something to REALLY help my clients from the INSIDE out. Our bodies were given to us to by God and we are called to care for them as a temple. So, how do we do that?
I feel like the best place to start is with turning our cravings from food into cravings for God. That is what this book is going to help us do. Each day in our private accountability group, my team of coaches and I will be posting a short message that goes along with what we are reading in "Made to Crave." In addition to changing our hearts, we will focus as a group on changing our health through whole food nutrition and (optional) daily exercise. It will literally be the whole package. How long is the group? The group will run for 5 weeks, with the first week set up as "prep week" to get you ready for the 4-week challenge, and we begin on Monday, July 16, 2018 (just FYI, it takes about one week to get your materials for this group). You will learn what clean eating is, how to make a meal plan, grocery lists, and how to take "before" pictures and measurements so you can track your progress. There are no embarrassing weigh-ins and you can choose to send your "befores" just to me as your coach (to hold you accountable), or just keep them for yourself.
