I know the difference between success and mediocrity is in the daily habits. I have read enough personal development (or self-help) books to understand that. The problem I had was, I WANTED more, but I had yet to achieve it. WHY? I’m wasn't putting all that head knowledge into ACTION.
It starts with the snooze button. You know what I’m talking about. You SAY you are getting up early, sounds great at dinnertime, but by the time you actually GO to bed, it’s later than you thought, so you tell yourself you will just get up early the next day. Or, you set your alarm and snooze just one more time….just one more time. All of a sudden, your ambitions for an early start are gone...and you are back where you were yesterday.
What about getting into a healthy routine? Do you find yourself skipping workouts because you don’t plan your time well? Do you stay on track for a while and then fall off? Do you make excuses and refuse to wake up early enough to fit it in? What about meal prep? What about accountability for all that? Yup. I get it! I've totally done it.
While I always considered myself a morning person, I am also a chronic procrastinator, time-waster, and never seem to stick to my own schedule. Call it hazards of self-employment. When I had heard of this book called, “The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8AM),” by Hal Elrod, I kept the idea in the back of my mind for a long time. About a year ago, I decided to PUT IT INTO ACTION. And so I did. I woke up one April morning and started reading AND DOING. I am now at my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! Say what??? YES! If I can get up early and do these few things each day (no matter WHAT), so can YOU!
The idea behind “The Miracle Morning” is taking the 'best practices'—developed over centuries of human consciousness development—and condensing the 'best of the best; into a daily morning ritual. What's being widely regarded as "one of the most life changing books ever written" may be the simplest approach to achieving everything you've ever wanted, and faster than you ever thought possible. Seriously? Yes.

This special 35-day challenge will begin on Monday, APRIL 16TH. I will walk you through a PREP WEEK, so that you can take baby steps to ensure we start Week 1 off with a bang. We will talk about how to quit the snooze button and get ready to start our own Miracle Morning routines.
On Monday, APRIL 23RD, we will begin Week 1 with our Miracle Morning and each day will have special focus on one of the six practices: SILENCE, AFFIRMATIONS, VISUALIZATIONS, EXERCISE, READING, and SCRIBING. On Sundays, we will evaluate the previous week and set intentions for the next.
