As a coach, I hesitated in titling my next health/fitness group, "No Excuses Bootcamp."
As much as I want to share with you my story of how I was like most people, I was scared, undisciplined, and had quit on myself way more than I care to admit... No one believes it now.
I hear all the time,
"I can't be as disciplined as you."
"I want to eat right, but I don't want to invest the time or money in myself."
"I am a picky eater."
"I've tried everything and nothing works."
Those excuses? They are MY story. I am just like you. No, really. I've tried every diet. I was afraid of investing in my own health (because, what if it doesn't work and I waste my money). I STILL hate vegetables (but I'm getting better). And I lacked all the discipline in the world.
So what changed? How did I go from that person on the left to the person on the right?
I HAD TO GIVE UP MY EXCUSES. And I STILL do. Daily.
So this accountability group? It's for ME, TOO. Does that make you breathe a sigh of relief? Not yet? Still scared. Well, a little fear is good. A little fear means you are about to do something AMAZING!!!!!

We are going to start ALL TOGETHER on Monday, September 10th with a week-long program for your basic training in both fitness and nutrition. It WILL challenge you. But, you are a WARRIOR. After that first week together, you will build your confidence and if you DO the work, you will ALREADY start to see some results! After Basic Training Week, we will have 4 more weeks together, working through the specific workout and nutrition program we will choose together. This is where you start to build lifelong habits. You MUST show up. You WILL be held accountable. And you WILL not regret it!!
