I'm sure you've heard the saying that "It takes 21 days to make a habit," right? Or, "It takes 90 days to change your life." Most of the time, around the holidays each year, people "fall off the wagon." They give in to all the goodies and treats and magically no longer have time to exercise by about Thanksgiving.
